Pursuant to the requirements of the Federal Clean Water Act and the State's

Clean Stream Law, the Scranton Sewer Authority, in cooperation with the

Lackawanna River Corridor Association is conducting a public education/input meeting to discuss the Draft Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) Report to address combined sewer overflows (CSO's) and to fulfill state and federal regulations for combined sewer communities. The Draft Long Term Control Plan has been completed in compliance with federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

Region 111 Notice of Compliance Order Docket No. CWA-03-2003-0017DN, pursuant to Section 309 (a) of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. 1319(a), dated

November 27, 2002.
