For the past several years the Scranton Sewer Authority in cooperation with Lackawanna Watershed 2000 has been developing a Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) for the purpose of complying with the requirements of the federal Clean Water Act.  Also providing assistance is the Lackawanna River Corridor Association.  The Scranton Sewer Authority will soon be submitting it's recommended LTCP to the Environmental Protection Agency.  The Executive Summary which can be accessed by clicking on the LTCP button on the left side of the screen describes the elements of this plan.  A complete copy of this document is available at the administrative office of the Scranton Sewer Authority, the office of Scranton City Council and at the Scranton Public Library.
